I Dream of Burton's Ice Cream

I recently paid a visit to Northwest Arkansas.  I hit up most of my favorite haunts and a few new ones but this one deserved it's own special post. Off Dickson Street in Fayetteville is a food truck park and in it is the ice cream truck that will BLOW YOUR MIND!

I'm a bit of an ice cream snob. I make it and eat it pretty much everywhere I go all over the world. Burton's Creamery is like nothing I've ever had.

Burton's soft serve is special. It's richer and creamier than any other soft serve and the cones and shakes are fun and creative.

The daughter let me pick so I went for the Salty Dog, vanilla ice cream injected with salted caramel and rolled in pretzels.

If you are in town for a Razorback game or if you just want to get in your car and drive there now (my recommendation), you must not miss it! Get there before it turns too cold and they shut it down for the winter.
